“Veri Diplomasisi ve Uluslararası Veri Güvenliği Politikaları” üzerine tezini yazdığım Milli Savunma Üniversitesi’nde Stratejik İletişim Bölümünü başarılı bir şekilde tamamladım. I successfully completed the Department of Strategic Communication at the National Defense University, where I wrote my thesis on “Data Diplomacy and International Data Security Policies”.
